It is evident that the process of childbirth has changed throughout the years. There is a greater need for sensitive, caring, and knowledgeable support during a woman’s pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I believe that every new life is a miracle, and as a Labor Doula, I feel honored to be able to help create a beautiful birth experience for women and their families as they enter into this new season of life.

What Is a Doula?
A doula is trained in providing educational, emotional, and physical support to women during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. They are there to help women have an empowering and memorable birth experience. A Doula is not a medical professional.
